Stakeholder engagement

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the tied pubs sector is crucial to the successful operation of the Scottish Pubs Code. We engage regularly with tied pub tenants and tied pub tenant representatives, pub-owning businesses and other stakeholders.

Our Adjudicator, Sarah Havlin, regularly visits tied pubs across Scotland and reports on this engagement can be downloaded from the website.

The Scottish Pubs Code Stakeholder Engagement Group (SEG) helped to inform the implementation of the Code and minutes of its meetings from October 2024 to September 2025 are also on the website.
