The Scottish Pubs Code Stakeholder Engagement Group (SEG) met from October 2024 to September 2025 to help inform the implementation of the Scottish Pubs Code. The group involved representatives from across the sector in Scotland: tenant representatives, pub-owning businesses and other groups. With the implementation of the Code completing in June 2025, the SEG concluded, with future engagement meetings taking place direct with either tenant representatives or with pub-owning businesses.
